			"I was in the middle of remodeling my place when the rains in May showed I had problems in my roof. Water started to run down from the ceiling on the walls. Making puddles on the floor. My insurance (Farmers Insurance)  recommended I hired a company to read the mosture on the walls. They gave me the name of two companies, but after reading their reviews I decided to look for other companies. I found Bio-One and gave tem a call. Armond answered the phone and the next day him and another worker inspected the house and by that evening I had a report to send to my insurance. Unfortunately,  they found lots of moisture.  We open the walls and found some mold. The next day Armond was there for three consecutive days cleaning and removing the mold. When I went to inspect the job I was very pleased with the results of his work.  Every day he kept me informed, and took photos of the progress. I recommend Bio-one of Oceanside highly. They are on time and, they communicated on a daily basis, and are very professional."

Owner

Armand and Michele Amoranto are excited to be coming up on our 3 year anniversary of owning Bio-One of Oceanside. As a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Physics and a minor in mathematics, Armand brings unique analytical and educational skills to this industry. He has dedicated his life to service by teaching high school science and math for the last 25 years, the last 13 years being in Oceanside Unified. Michele graduated from Fresno State with a BA in Liberal Studies, Multiple Subject Teaching credential, and a MA in Reading and Language Arts. She has shared her passion for helping others by tutoring and working with children in Preschool-8th grade in various education settings. They have four children and are active members of Mission San Luis Rey Parish, serving in the music, parenting and religious education ministries. They enjoy serving as volunteers for TIP San Diego, Men of St. Joseph and Music Men Chorus. As past owners of local businesses, Armand and Michele are dedicated to helping their community. We have recently expanded into the South OC area with the purchase of Bio-One South OC. We are grateful and blessed to become part of the Bio-One Family who's motto is Help First, Business Second.

I just had the best cleaning experience and I never saw my place this spotless before. I needed a same-day cleaning service and they were here by the exact time they said they would be. The worker who came was called Paulino and he is an honest working man who told me about some mold, and when the maintenance crew came they got upset with him for telling me but they said it in Spanish. Paulino translated and told me what they said and how its a hazard if I don't get the mold cleaned out. Will most definitely call again when I need to! 5 Star service!
