Starting Something New!

Starting Something New!

Our Journey into the business world. Many of you shared our journey into the cupcake/bakery business, partnering with Little Cakes Kitchen and working with Gelson’s Markets in both Del Mar and La Costa over the last few years.   I vividly remember the night before we opened in Del Mar.  Don and I, excited and exhausted, were in the kitchen setting everything up, prepping and baking to get as much product on the shelves as possible.  We learned a lot that night (and early morning).   Though I am no longer working in the bakery business, I really enjoyed my time learning about food production, building connections within the food industry and serving the customers of Gelson’s Markets.   I am happy to report that Little Cakes Kitchen is doing well and looks to continue to grow in the future with wonderful opportunities.

So why Bio-One Why a crime and trauma scene cleaning business?   Why clean feces, urine, cat urine, hoarding, homeless camps, viral and bacterial disinfection?   As an educator the last 24 years, I have truly enjoyed being a servant to the community.   Whether it is in the classroom or my church parish, I have always given my time either as a teacher or with music.  Bio-One is all about giving!   With the motto - Help First, Business Second, we are truly there to serve families, businesses and communities in their time of need.   We do the work that allows a small place in the world to be one step closer to being restored.   During training, founder, Nick Zamucen, shared that he created Bio-One because of the need he saw and wanted to fill after helping a church member clean a room left in disarray after a suicide.   Whether it is unattended death or Covid - 19 disinfecting, Bio-One comes in with love, care and empathy while using our 20 year experience with industry leading processes and OSHA approved procedures to leave your home clean and disinfected for your safe return.
